Meet Shivan Shukla, who is passionate about helping our clients achieve their objectives and overcome their challenges with data-driven strategies. He has over seven years of experience in Customer Success, data analytics, and recruiting process improvement in various industries. He has worked with leading organizations such as Skyminyr, Grocery Outlet, August Home Inc, and Stanford University where he has a strong background in data analytics, recruiting, and business process improvement.
He is adept at using Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Salesforce, and Culture Amp to analyze data and improve processes.

He has a bachelor’s degree in finance and political science from San Jose State University and He has also expanded his HR expertise by taking a People Analytics certificate course from AIHR.
